5. SMS Opt-In Data — No Sharing for Marketing

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers (such as our SMS delivery platform) solely to transmit messages on our behalf and under our instructions; they may not use your data for their own marketing.

6. How We Share Information

We may share personal information only in these limited cases:

• With service providers who help us operate our business (hosting, email, SMS delivery, payment processing) under contractual confidentiality and data-use restrictions
