Content on this website is for general information. Requesting an estimate through our contact form does not create a binding contract. All construction work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Tella Builders LLC. Pricing, scope, and schedule are confirmed only in signed proposals and contracts.

3. Licensed General Contracting

Tella Builders LLC is a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor (License CGC1536915). For specialized trades such as roofing and HVAC, we coordinate properly licensed and insured trade partners/subcontractors under our project management.

4. Text Messaging Program

Optional SMS/text messaging is governed by our separate SMS Terms & Conditions, which describe message types, frequency, opt-in, opt-out (STOP), help (HELP), and carrier disclosures. By opting in to SMS on our contact form, you also agree to the SMS Terms.
